What exactly do I receive?

A downloadable PDF pattern. Nothing is shipped — these are digital files, not finished physical items.

When do I get my download?

Straight after payment clears. You will see a download link on the confirmation screen and a copy by email.

I never got the email. What now?

Check spam first, then log into My Account — every purchase is stored there permanently. Still missing? Email us with your order number.

Which payment methods work?

Major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Card details never touch our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Because files are delivered instantly, digital patterns are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it.

What skill level are the patterns?

Each listing states its level. Beginner patterns assume you can chain, single crochet and increase; anything less common is explained in the notes.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes — small-scale finished-item sales are fine. Reselling, sharing or republishing the PDF itself is not.

How does the 10% charity donation work?

Ten percent of every sale is set aside for charitable donation. It is built into the price — you do not pay extra.
